- the page URL and disputed statement;
- the correct information;
- a primary source such as current documentation, release notes, pricing information or licence text; and
- whether you represent a vendor discussed on the page.
What happens next
We review the evidence and update substantiated factual errors. Material corrections receive a dated note on the affected page. Minor spelling, formatting and broken-link fixes may be made without a correction note because they do not alter the meaning.
Changing a vendor claim does not automatically change our editorial conclusion. We reassess the conclusion separately against the full evaluation criteria.
Vendor participation
Vendors are welcome to point to evidence and explain product changes. Corrections are free. Vendors cannot pay to remove a supported criticism, approve a review before publication or obtain a favourable ranking.
